The Vermont Campership Fund provides “camperships” to our member camps: Camp Betsey Cox, Camp Sangamon, Lotus Lake Day Camp, and Point CounterPoint. You can donate to a specific camp or make a general donation.
Camp Betsey Cox
Betsey Cox is a camp for young women growing up in the global world of the twenty-first century. Betsey Cox programs provide the skills necessary for girls to make a difference in the future. Our campers develop the self confidence to take on challenges, manage their lives, and have fun!
Camp Sangamon
Camp Sangamon is a summer camp for boys ages nine to sixteen. Set beside a beautiful lake in the hills of central Vermont, the camp is just minutes from Rutland and Killington. Camp activities range from woodshop to mountain biking, sailing, crafts, and more. Camp Sangamon is the brother camp to Camp Betsey Cox.
“Camp forever changed my life 20 years ago when I first attended. ... It is a transformative experience”
Point CounterPoint
For 50 years, Point CounterPoint has been the summer sanctuary for string and piano students. Located lakeside under the Green Mountains, the mission of Point CounterPoint is to share the love of chamber music in a mutually supported environment in which campers can grow to their full potential. At Point CounterPoint, we believe that chamber music provides important musical and life lessons.
Lotus Lake Day Camp
Established in 1952, Lotus Lake Day Camp provides a tradition of day camping to children ages four to fourteen. Situated in a rural setting in central Vermont, the camp offers a wide variety of outdoor activities, including swimming, boating, horseback riding, archery, and more. We have been called a "real Vermont camp."
